What’s “anti-aging” about these meditations?
Ever met someone who looks way younger than their actual age?
It’s not just about genetics.
Usually, you can sense something different in how they live.
They don’t loop emotions. They’re not storing old feelings like emotional clutter.
When they speak, it’s more from thought than reaction.
They do feel deeply—but they don’t get stuck.
They observe, understand, move on.
In Raja Yoga terms, they spend most of their time in the mental layer of being—not the astral one (where emotions swirl and repeat).
This is not easy.
Three years ago, I wasn’t even close to that space.
Even now, I’m learning. Practicing. Shifting.
But it’s working—gently, gradually.
To feel lighter, clearer—and yes, even look younger—we need to cleanse the astral body and start living more from the mental one.
That’s what these meditations are about.
We’ll also share small tools from time to time—some easy, some that take more effort—but all designed to quietly fit into real life.
