WARNING:

1. If, during meditation, the body begins to make partially or fully uncontrolled movements or produces strange sounds, this is NOT what we are doing here. This is either self-deception or a case where the person has stopped their thoughts but hasn’t activated awareness or the Higher Self.

2. If point 1 👆 happens with someone meditating next to you (someone you know — it's better not to get involved with strangers 😉), try to gently “wake them up” so they don’t disturb you and don’t remain under the illusion that they’re experiencing some kind of super-deep meditation.

3. If point 1 👆 happens to you, stop it and start again:

SIT COMFORTABLY, TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN AND OUT, BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO THE CENTER OF YOUR HEAD, FEEL EXPANSION, OPEN YOUR HEART AND LET UNIVERSAL LOVE FLOW IN.

4. What is normal and may happen:

Your body might want to straighten up or roll the shoulders back. This happens as your energy channels fill, the astral body strengthens, and the etheric and physical bodies feel the energy flow.

Your hands may naturally open with palms facing upward to receive energy, this is also normal.

In general, if the body, while well-relaxed and in a calm environment, starts making movements that resemble qigong, tai chi, or karate, that’s okay — only with your brain’s permission. It’s like your mind says, “Okay, now we can dance a little.”

However, such movements are not quite appropriate during meditation, and your mental body knows this and usually keeps it in check.
